The caps

What are Main Set swim caps made from? 100% silicone. Silicone is durable and stretchy, and suits swimmers with latex allergies.

Will the cap fit me? Our caps are standard adult size

Do they work with long hair? They do, depending on thickness, for example they can manage hair in a bun the size of an average apple, but would potentially be too small for very long thick or curly hair.

Are the caps unisex? Do you make children's sizes? Our caps are unisex, we currently only do adult size.

Will the colours match the photos? We photograph our caps in natural light. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, but should be generally the same.

Can I wear my cap in the pool, the sea and lakes? Yes. Main Set caps are made for pool training, racing and open-water swimming.

How do I look after my cap? Rinse in fresh water after every swim, air dry away from direct sunlight, and store flat.

Are the designs limited edition? Yes, we release collections, once a collection is sold out we may not reprint that design again. When a deisgn is very popular we may re-stock it.

Delivery

Is delivery really free? Yes. Delivery is free on all UK orders. This is standard deliver. If you need express this £6 and can be chosen at checkout.

How long will my order take? We dispatch within 2 working days, and delivery usually takes 2 working days after that via Royal Mail

Will I get a tracking number? You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is posted as long as a correct email is provided at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK? We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, The USA, UAE and Canada. We hope to ship to the EU soon, if you want to be kept updated on our EU launch please email hello@mainsetswim.com

What's the last order date for Christmas? 18th December 2026

What if my parcel is late or lost? Email us at hello@mainsetswim.com and we'll track it down, or send a replacement. Or use the contact form on the website.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy? We have a 30 day return window. Caps should be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

Can I swap my cap for a different design? Yes

What if my cap is faulty or arrives damaged? Please email hello@mainsetswim.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.

How long do refunds take? We refund within 2 working days of receiving the return. It may take a further 5 days to reach your account depending on payment method / your provider.

Ordering and payment

How do I use my discount code? Enter the code at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your site? Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you email us before your order is dispatched we can cancel it. You will receive a dispatch notification via email.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages? Not currently via checkout, but if you have a special request please email hello@mainsetswim.com and we can do our best to accomodate,

Can I order for a club or team? We aren't a printing company, however if you wanted one of our designs for a club or large order please email hello@mainsetswim.com and we can provide a quite
