Shipping policy

We aim to process order within 2 business days from the order being placed. 

For orders to the UK, standard delivery is currently free and will be via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This takes 3-5 Business Days. 

We offer express delivery, which is Royal Mail Tracked 24, which takes 1-2 Business Days and costs £6.00

For International orders Royal Mail International will be used - you can choose standard or tracked at checkout. Delivery takes 5-8 Business days to most locations. Please note there can be delays at customs which are outside of our control. Prices will appear at check-out based on your destination. International Standard is not tracked. Choose International Tracked if you would like end-to-end tracking.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

USA orders are shipped from the UK with applicable import duties prepaid, so you shouldn't be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.
